NEW MADAGASCAR, FOR A NEW MILLENIUM!

The former president, Didier Ratsiraka, refusing any confrontation of result in first turn and by the same, any common ground for negotiation, signing thus the consent of its fraud, the election independent group of observant having all noted the absolute majority of vote in favour of candidate Marc Ravalomanana in first turn, the people having shown physically, massively, in all the country, during some week, its refusal of a proclamation of falsified results, of a  High t Constitutional partial court whose nomination before the election is sully of vice,  

  WE ASK,  

in order to preserve the dignity of our people, fatherland, communities and identities and in order not to reproduce the errors which we do not want any more:

  •   That the choice of the Malagasy sovereign people which invested the new President and his Government in a legitimate way, with a court of sworn in and qualified magistrates, is recognized by France like by the European Community,

  •   That this recognition take place within the shortest times,

  •   That a normalization of the relations with this new government can be immediately set up, with particular efforts to help the country to go back on level and to compensate for the painful effects of this crisis,

  •   That a European authority of control and sanction be   created, starting from the existing authorities to identify, inquire, dismount the systems which bring about and encourage corruption, in particular with respect to countries in situation of weakness.    

Having noted that the official statement which have been done relating to a second turn, a referendum, or attentistes, has led to support the former cheater president to make some provision out of right and of direction which attest its despotic practices ,  to seek to create ethnics division and to help to cause a dramatic and violent evolution with a situation until then peaceful and exemplary,

We will consider that all declarations which would not lead positively and directly towards this recognition of the sovereignty of the popular expression would make coresponsables, even accomplices, our national political leaders as well as the representatives of the European Community of any negative evolution of the situation.

We will take note of their incapacity to analyze a specific situation, to decide freely apart from interests under unclaimed, to have a human and world political vision of new millenium, and consequently of us to lead to it.
